New Odyssey II

Penelope said,
“O Odysseus,
You are nice,
Sometimes charming,
For all your stealth
And so-called cunning.
And Machiavellian
Maneuverings,
Of Greece and Troy alike
Those delusions of grandeur,
Bursts of  humour,
And all those strange,
Wanderings,
Through Illium and Olygia,
You prefer ennui,
Habit is your god,
System your deity
Routine is your duty,
I  could go on and on,
it’ll be a big yawn yarn,
I don’t how to say this,
But it’s time to break it,
O Odysseus,
You are nice,
Sometimes charming,
But boring
And predictable,
So welcome to your throne,
And take back your crown,
But I have to bid adieu”
Driving a stake through his heart,
She wend her way to the eight and hundred,
Those suitors who had piled up
Like rats in a gutter.

No pain no gain

Little Johny had some fun
Planking Jill with his gun
Smiling Jill cried in pain
“Oh Little Johny, cum again!”

New Odyssey

Circe sang,
and swayed ahead,
down the garden path,
on to the sea shore.
Mesmerized,
Glassy-eyed,
Odysseus followed,
like a lamb.
Wanton lust
in his mind,
Hedonistic feelings
filled his heart,
ready to sell,
his soul for love.
Then she turned,
and ate him,
for dinner.
